Well, other option for BABL + DB of course is to first play BABL and then DB, however the ranking system for such is still a mystery to me so any ideas how to do it? I can't promise to have anything automated for weekdays but for weekends, together with BABL, we can definitely do DB games too.

If you're only running the 2 leagues. Have separate ladders for both leagues.
Should also probably have a captains board or some captains meeting to discuss the specifics.

Tbh, at the moment the timeframe for creating DB to start on same day as BABL (on Sunday) is not possible. Also if 12 vs 12 league happens, it will take few timeslots from Sunday and will keep you occupied for 30-40 minutes. The schedule for first weekend of BABL is up.
