Isn't there a way to email everyone who's registered for the forums as well on top of a FB message?

I was thinking of using the long list of e-mails I gathered from several league databases back when league.nu was still online. It had like 1000 e-mails if I remember correctly and I added some of the e-mails from these forums to that as well. (Although like 400 of those e-mails had expired but still quite extensive reach if people still use their e-mails, some did register there with e-mails they frequently use and some with some joke e-mails or uni e-mails).
